Key takeaways
Hi, I'm Jennie Malloy
I study how professionals perform in demanding environments.
For more than a decade, I’ve worked with leaders, attorneys, and professionals at companies and law firms to strengthen focus, manage stress, improve sleep, and build the habits that support long term performance and resilience. The strategies I share are grounded in brain and cognitive science and designed for the realities of fast paced professional life.
The Brain at Work grew out of that curiosity. In this podcast, I talk with high performers about how they navigate pressure, make complex decisions, and sustain success. Along the way, we explore the science behind what makes their approach work
Outside of my work, I’m a mom to two hilarious toddlers and a very opinionated French bulldog. On Sundays you will usually find me wearing Buffalo Bills gear and watching football. I love traveling, exploring new cultures, and playing the ukulele.
