My approach to coaching uses a research-based, data-driven methodology rooted in cognitive science and behavioral psychology. This, combined with my deep understanding of the inner workings of law firms and the responsibilities of legal associates, means I'll work with your team to help them achieve their goals, increase energy, manage stress, improve sleep, and boost their productivity and leadership skills. 

With a non-judgemental, practical coaching style, I hold space for your team members with 100% confidentiality. 

Each employee leaves their session with one concrete actionable step to begin implementing immediately. This single action will bring them closer to balance and create positive effects in their professional and personal lives.  

What to expect:

Four hours of private coaching for your team (up to 12 participants per day).

Each session is 20 minutes long—maximizing impact in the shortest time possible.

Coaching is 100% confidential, using an online sign-up system for complete anonymity.

Sessions are virtual and can be done from the privacy of a home or office. 

Coaching sessions can be set as weekly, monthly, or quarterly, depending on your firm's needs.

Participants will leave each call with an action step in the area they need the most attention to.
